Coxswain's Corner

What/Who is a Coxswain?

Every cadet corps has a Coxswain!  The Coxswain, otherwise known as the Chief, is an appointed position, usually  to the highest ranking cadet at the unit.    The Coxswain of a cadet unit plays a pivotal role as the leader responsible for maintaining discipline, coordination, and overall efficiency within the unit. They serve as a key liaison between cadets and higher-ranking officers, ensuring effective communication and the successful execution of training activities. The current Coxswain of RCSCC 23 Kent is PO1 Seanna D'souza.
